The above picture is of my dear friend, Nadine, when we were in Big Bend National Park in Texas.
The world is a little darker today. It is a sad day for me and many of my friends ... we lost a vibrant, energetic, lovely, kind, spirited, smart, funny, full of life friend today ... I joined her for a few weeks last year on a roadtrip through Texas, New Mexico and Arizona that I blogged about last year ... it was an experience I will never forget because of the growth and realization I had on that trip, which Nadine was a catalyst for. She really inspired me.
Rest in Peace Nadine. You will be missed greatly. The world is a little darker without your life energy and smile.
I am so happy and blessed to have known her and spend those special times with her. She helped me along my journey to becoming a better person and I will never forget her and her positive influence.
She was an amazing woman, warm spirit, kind soul, wonderful friend, and a caring person.
